Main responsibilities:I. Distribution AgentSupervise the management of investor trading accounts, which includes tasks like account openings, closures, and conducting client onboarding verifications (KYC).Execute trading orders (such as subscriptions and redemptions) within the system, conduct daily reconciliation of investor trading records, and address any discrepancies, including processing return payments for invalid subscriptions.Handle various investor transactions, including but not limited to transfers of ownership, inheritance, non-commercial transfers, changes of address, and dividend reinvestment.Furnish investor ownership confirmation and fulfill other confirmation requests as required.Collaborate with the Partnership Distribution and Customer Service divisions to regularly update investor records in the system, ensuring data accuracy.Compile periodic reports for relevant stakeholders.Collaborate with and support other stakeholders in the implementation of pension schemes.Manage filing documentations, expense payments to service providers, and other related administrative tasks as necessary.Undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Head of Retailed Investment Services.II. Cross-Functional Activities:Conduct system testing for new systems and actively participate in other operational initiatives.Provide assistance to other departments in achieving the overall corporate strategy.Foster positive relationships with business partners, including VSD, Custodian Bank, and third-party distribution agents.Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Banking, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent.Experience: At least 2 years of experience in accounting, banking, with distribution agent, transfer agent experience preferred.Skill sets

Fund operations, data processing and financial knowledge.

Excellent in Microsoft Office (using Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and related management software.

Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.

Fluent in English (both in writing and speaking).

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding of SSC rules and regulations.

Experience with Python or VBA macros a plus.

Complete the following SSC certificates: Basic securities; Investment and analysis; Securities laws; Brokerage and advisory.
