- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for PC hardware and software issues.
- Assisting users with setup, installation, and usage of applications, operating systems, network devices and peripherals devices like printers.
- Performing regular maintenance and updates on computer systems.
- Documenting technical processes, user manuals and procedures.
- Training users on best practices for computer usage and security.
- Maintaining inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
- Responding to service requests in a timely manner to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate technology into business processes.
- Conducting regular audits and assessments with IT Director to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Assisting in budget preparation and resource allocation for IT projects.
- Collaborating with IT Director to implement new technologies and upgrades.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
- Fluent English (both written and spoken) - required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Curiosity and commitment to staying up to date with new technologies
- Quick learning ability and strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with Windows and macOS systems
- Solid troubleshooting skills for hardware, software and business applications.
