- Identify and cultivate sales opportunities, both new and existing, to meet and exceed company sales targets.
- Execute effective sales strategies, with a primary focus on retrofit sales in the assigned area.
- Monitor and oversee the sales process meticulously to successfully close deals.
- Foster strong working relationships with consultants and main contractors involved in projects.
- Manage, service, and expand existing accounts with Contract Manufacturers.
- Provide essential technical assistance to bolster customer confidence during the sales cycle.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for addressing technical queries promptly and ensuring timely resolutions.
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering discipline (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics)
- Advantageous to possess three years of experience in the build environment and HVACR industries
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must
- Results-oriented with the ability to define problems, exercise sound judgement, and initiate alternative solutions independently
- Collaborative approach to working effectively with others, ensuring timely completion and submission of quotes to customers
- Demonstrated excellence in internal and external customer focus and comprehension
