An exciting Sales Engineer job has arisen in a leading HVAC firm in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam.What you'll do:In the capacity of a Sales Engineer, you will be entrusted with diverse responsibilities such as creating retrofit sales opportunities, conducting on-site verification of warranty claims, undertaking spot measurements of HVACR systems, and supervising retrofit projects. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales initiatives and providing crucial technical support during the sales cycle.
  • Identify and cultivate sales opportunities, both new and existing, to meet and exceed company sales targets.
  • Execute effective sales strategies, with a primary focus on retrofit sales in the assigned area.
  • Monitor and oversee the sales process meticulously to successfully close deals.
  • Foster strong working relationships with consultants and main contractors involved in projects.
  • Manage, service, and expand existing accounts with Contract Manufacturers.
  • Provide essential technical assistance to bolster customer confidence during the sales cycle.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for addressing technical queries promptly and ensuring timely resolutions.
What you bring:To succeed in this Sales Engineer role, you must possess excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering discipline (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics)
  • Advantageous to possess three years of experience in the build environment and HVACR industries
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must
  • Results-oriented with the ability to define problems, exercise sound judgement, and initiate alternative solutions independently
  • Collaborative approach to working effectively with others, ensuring timely completion and submission of quotes to customers
  • Demonstrated excellence in internal and external customer focus and comprehension
