Job Responsibilities
- Arranging and coordinating internal and external meetings for one Australian lawyer (20%) and assisting other Vietnamese lawyers (15%); - Arranging and booking a meeting room, air tickets, and restaurants for business purposes (10%); - Arranging and managing Company car schedule and driver (10%); - Handling inter-company systems and assisting billing (under supervision) (25%); - Preparing and translating necessary documents as required (10%); and General secretarial tasks as assigned. Necessary skills/ requirement
- Language: English - Business Level (both spoken and written); • Education background: Bachelor's Degree • Experience: - Have at least 1 year of experience as Secretary/Admin for Law Firm - Cooperative attitude towards other secretaries (important)
