- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2C marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives and growth targets.
- Lead brand development efforts and ensure consistent communication of brand identity, positioning, and tone across all channels.
- Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and expansion.
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, offline, and partnership-based) to drive awareness, acquisition, and retention.
- Build go-to-market strategies for new products, services, initiatives, and promotional programs.
- Track campaign performance and optimize through data-driven insights.
- Lead digital initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, website management, CRM, and content strategy.
- Drive conversion-focused activities and optimize customer journeys based on analytics and user behavior.
- Manage external agencies and partners to ensure strong ROI and high-quality outputs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with the overall customer experience.
- Develop CRM and loyalty programs that enhance engagement and repeat usage.
- Leverage data analytics to personalize communication and improve customer lifetime value.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team across brand, digital, creative, and communications functions.
- Oversee marketing budgets, forecast spending, and report performance metrics to the leadership team.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role within consumer-facing environments.
- Proven success in brand strategy, digital growth, and integrated marketing execution.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English.
