Our client specializes in health and beauty products, with a strong focus on e-commerce development. This company operates as the Vietnamese branch of a Singapore-based enterprise. The parent company in Singapore has established a presence across major Southeast Asian markets, primarily engaged in the big health industry, offering health supplements and nutritional products.As a Senior HR & Admin Officer, you will be responsible for managing human resources and administrative affairs, ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be well-versed in Vietnam's labor laws, and be proficient in Chinese for seamless communication with management.Main responsibilities:Human resources management:
  • Manage recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and training processes.
  • Handle employee relations, including contract management, labor law compliance, and performance evaluation.
  • Process payroll, social insurance, and personal income tax matters.
  • Develop and optimize HR policies, attendance systems, and management processes.
  • Organize team-building activities to enhance employee engagement.
Administrative management:
  • Oversee daily office administration, including office supplies procurement, asset management, and workspace maintenance.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage external affairs with government agencies, partners, and suppliers.
  • Handle company licenses, contracts, and legal documents.
  • Arrange and manage executive meetings, travel, and other administrative support.
Main Requirements:
  • Language: Fluent in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), proficient in Vietnamese, and English is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of HR or administrative management experience, preferably in multinational companies or e-commerce.
  • Knowledge of Vietnam's labor laws to ensure HR compliance.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and adaptability skills to execute tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle HR and admin affairs independently.
