Job Description :ACG_3403_JOBOur client is a leading multi-industry corporation, who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.1) Logistics ManagementOversee end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics activities, including compliance with customs procedures for international procurement and cross-border shipments.Select, manage, and coordinate with logistics service providers to ensure transportation solutions are timely, reliable, and cost-efficient.Identify and work closely with insurance partners to secure appropriate cargo coverage for domestic and international shipments.Organize product distribution across sales channels, distributors, wholesale partners, and direct-to-consumer deliveries as required.Manage reverse logistics processes, including returns, exchanges, and product recovery flows.2) Product Data & ERP ManagementTake ownership of product master data maintenance and updates within the ERP system.Create new SKU and item codes, ensuring all required product information is entered accurately into the system.Maintain complete and up-to-date product records, including product images and relevant item specifications.Ensure data integrity and consistency across operational systems to support inventory visibility and accurate order processing.3) Warehouse Operations ManagementOversee warehouse layout planning, storage flow, and inventory control to improve space utilization, accuracy, and operational efficiency.Monitor stock accuracy and inventory records through the warehouse management system (WMS).Manage price tagging and labeling processes for each individual product item in accordance with operational and commercial requirements.Supervise warehouse activities where applicable, including inbound receiving, secure storage, inventory tracking, picking, packing, and order fulfillment.Implement and maintain robust security procedures, monitoring systems, and real-time control measures, especially for delicate and high-value products.Support the setup and future operational readiness of warehouse capabilities in line with expansion plans.4) Supply Chain OptimizationDrive continuous improvement initiatives to simplify processes, increase operational efficiency, and reduce costs across the warehouse and logistics function.Ensure supply chain operations are aligned with retail demand and business growth requirements.Anticipate and mitigate operational bottlenecks or service disruptions through proactive planning and execution.Support inventory planning and replenishment decisions through data analysis and stock optimization practices.RequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.ExperienceMinimum 6 years of relevant experience in warehouse and logistics management.Experience handling high-value products is strongly preferred.Hands-on experience in international shipping, customs clearance, and cross-border logistics operations.Experience in inventory control, warehouse process design, and operational cost optimization is required.Technical KnowledgeStrong working knowledge of WMS and ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent systems.Capability in inventory forecasting, stock planning, and inventory optimization.Solid understanding of international logistics procedures and customs regulations.Familiarity with high-security warehousing environments and control processes is an advantage.Knowledge of gemology, jewelry materials, or jewelry production/manufacturing processes would be considered a plus.Language SkillsGood communication skills in English and Chinese are required.Core CompetenciesStrong operational mindset with a focus on efficiency, process optimization, and execution excellence.Proven leadership capability, with a strong emphasis on safety, security, and control in warehouse and logistics management.Strong analytical thinking and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.High attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.Strong teamwork orientation and customer-centric mindset.Good organizational and data analysis skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Contact: Ha HoangDue to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
