- Actively engage distributors, building relationships and providing training for Viphavet sales team on product and relevant technical knowledge: highly support the distributor on Product and Technical Knowledge.
- Establish, develop and maintain relationship with Key Account (KA) customers (Dealer, Vet Clinic and Pet shop) in assigned territory: high quality relationship with customer.
- Technical sales conduct and marketing support for customers visit: meet the program to adapt customers' needs and insights.
- Build customer database and customer knowledge to segment customers and focus on KA: identify KA and highly focus on KAM.
- Report goals, sales activities, market information and customer data in a regular and timely: maximize the value of customer as offer the best products as well as technical service.
- Monitors and analyses current industry trends and competitor activity: update the market to ensure that BIAH Companion devision is a superior player in the market.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Veterinary degree (experience in the pet industry is a plus)
- Proficient in common computer applications
- Professional, ethical, and eager to learn
- Strong problem-solving skills
