- Own the product vision and roadmap for your team, ensuring alignment with HRS's platform strategy and enterprise customer needs
- Champion the customer, acting as their advocate in every decision and validating problems and solutions through continuous discovery
- Be deeply engaged in execution, collaborating daily with Engineering and Design to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries that meet large enterprise B2B go-to-market cadences
- Continuously mitigate risks, addressing value, viability, usability, and feasibility risks in every stage of discovery and delivery
- Drive conversion optimization across your team's owned touchpoints, using A/B testing, funnel analysis, and user research to maximize business outcomes from initial engagement through property selection
- Leverage AI and personalization to deliver contextually relevant experiences that balance user preferences, corporate policy compliance, and operational reliability
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from early concept and market validation through production operations
- Engage in co-creation, working with enterprise clients, co-creation boards, and Marketing to ensure relevance, adoption, and strong go-to-market alignment
- Translate strategy into action, ensuring clear prioritization, outcome-driven backlogs, and cross-functional alignment
- Track and steer outcomes, using your team's specific KPIs (conversion rates, traffic metrics, personalization effectiveness) to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with adjacent Search & Find teams, downstream booking/checkout teams, and Pay-to-Reclaim teams to ensure seamless handoffs and cohesive user experiences
- Model HRS leadership principles, showing ownership, curiosity, transparency, and resilience to inspire your team and stakeholders
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, TravelTech, or e-commerce, ideally in B2B or B2B2C search, discovery, or marketplace products
- Proven track record of driving measurable conversion improvements through product optimization, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making
- Strong execution skills: backlog ownership, discovery-to-delivery cycles, outcome-based prioritization
- Experience with AI/ML integration, particularly in personalization, ranking algorithms, or recommendation systems
- Deep understanding of search UX principles, information architecture, and filter/facet design (especially relevant for Search and Discover teams)
- Familiarity with digital marketing and traffic acquisition strategies, SEO/SEA optimization (especially relevant for Acquire team)
- Knowledge of travel industry dynamics, including corporate travel policy, compliance frameworks, and booking behaviors
- Skilled in discovery methods, customer interviews, A/B testing, and PRFAQ writing
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a Product Trio model and across cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience working across regions and time zones
- Data-driven decision-maker, with expertise in analytics tools, conversion funnel analysis, and KPI tracking
- Strategic agility to identify opportunities for platform expansion and manage complex enterprise integrations
