Supervising regional sales activities in agronomy
Developing sales strategies and plans to boost sales and revenue
Monitoring and analyzing sales performance
Coaching and training regional sales representatives
Overseeing field trials in the region
Building and maintaining customer relationships
Understanding and addressing customer needs
Resolving customer complaints promptly
Conducting annual customer satisfaction surveys via regional sales representatives
Training the marketing team to ensure sufficient solutions of the products.
Strong leadership skills are required to guide and motivate the sales team towards achieving targets.

Experience requirements

Experience of at least 5-7 years in Fertilizer/Seed/Pesticides/Agriculture.

Education requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Agribusiness, Agriculture Science, or other related fields.
