- Supervising regional sales activities in agronomy
- Developing sales strategies and plans to boost sales and revenue
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance
- Coaching and training regional sales representatives
- Overseeing field trials in the region
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Understanding and addressing customer needs
- Resolving customer complaints promptly
- Conducting annual customer satisfaction surveys via regional sales representatives
- Training the marketing team to ensure sufficient solutions of the products.
- Strong leadership skills are required to guide and motivate the sales team towards achieving targets.
- Experience of at least 5-7 years in Fertilizer/Seed/Pesticides/Agriculture.
- Bachelor's Degree in Agribusiness, Agriculture Science, or other related fields.
