Our client is looking for regional technical sales profile to develop Viet Nam and Thailand market for them with main responsibilities included:- Building / grooming network of distributors and retailers- Marketing the products and support distributors to achieve the volume target- Coordinate with internal departments such as QC, R&D, Formulated, Technical support and regional sales.
  • 1. Scope of activity
  • Sales & Technical Support for Agriculture chemical product to customers in Viet Nam and Thailand
2. Responsibility
  • Sales of Our products to the plant nutrition industry, including seeds, bio stimulants and complexity agents & Fertilisers
  • Interaction with purchasers, R & D, QC, manufacturing, and management to discuss the benefits of products.
  • Build a strong network of distribution and retailers within own territory.
  • Be an active part of the industry by participating in industry associations, trade shows and conferences.
  • Work with our global sales, marketing and technical team to develop new products and markets.
  • Prepare and execute a business plan with performance milestones.
  • Provide technical and marketing support to customers and business partners.
  • Timely submit business reports, CRM reports, budgets & forecasts
3. Tasks
  • Serve as a primary salesperson to direct customers and distributors.
  • Understand customer's commercial and technical needs and opportunities.
  • Fulfil customer's needs through budgeted resources of local organisation.
  • Develop ideas for customer specific local strategies and implementation.
  • Work closely with global Product line team and related functions to set strategy for customers and market.
  • Work with existing customers and search for potential customers in the country/ Region
  • Generate, evaluate and report market and competitive information to ensure competitive advantage.
  • Provide high quality and complete data input to ensure proper market and account management.

  • Graduate/ Postgraduate in Agriculture with minimum 5 years of Technical Sales experience in the relevant industry
  • Technical & Professional Knowledge - Crop knowledge, Agronomic knowledge, Farming practices in various parts of the country,
  • Fluency in English, oral and written is must.
  • Willing to travel extensively locally and internationally.
