Director of Marketing (Non-Residential Real Estates)(Giám đốc Marketing)Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the overall business objectives and enhance mall foot traffic.
  • Oversee market research to identify trends, target audience behavior, and competitor analysis to inform marketing decisions.
  • Design annual and quarterly marketing plans, including budgeting and KPI setting.
  • Maintain and enhance the mall's brand identity across all communic ation platforms.
  • Ensure all marketing materials (online, print, events) reflect consistent and compelling brand messaging.
  • Partner with mall tenants to create co-marketing opportunities that drive sales and enhance tenant satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance to tenants on marketing best practices, seasonal campaigns, and promotional events.
  • Lead the development of digital marketing strategies, including social media, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and website management.
  • Monitor and optimize online advertising campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Track and report on digital KPIs to ensure successful execution.
  • Conceptualize and manage mall-wide events and promotional activities that attract diverse audiences and increase traffic.
  • Oversee event execution, from ideation to implementation, ensuring events meet brand standards and budget expectations.
  • Develop and manage relationships with media partners, PR agencies, and influencers to promote the mall and its activities.
  • Serve as the primary spokesperson for the mall, representing the brand at events, conferences, and media engagements.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources across all campaigns and activities.
  • Analyze and report on the ROI of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to meet financial targets.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Recruit, train, and develop marketing talent to support the company's goals.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the company executives
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • At least 15 years of marketing experience in retail, real estate, or mall development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in a retail or commercial real estate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and event promotion strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Experience in tenant relations and customer engagement is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data analytics tools to track performance.
