- Offer first and second-tier application support for the company's products, analyzing cases to identify recurring incidents.
- Test and customize product features according to client requirements, including module configuration and scripting.
- Assist sales and account managers in data science and analytics tasks such as data migration, correction, and reporting.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of all client customizations.
- Support client communication on CRM matters.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Technical Project Manager.
- Diploma in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in SQL and HTML. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in T-SQL and HTML is essential.
- Familiarity with C# using Microsoft .NET Framework and web development is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Amazon Web Services and server infrastructure is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in customer interaction, issue resolution, and expectation management.
- Ability to analyze data logs and identify system issues effectively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a flexible environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of working efficiently under pressure.
