With an annual production capacity exceeding 250 million garments, the company delivers high-quality apparel products to some of the world's top global brands.Job Purpose:This position is responsible for providing technical assistance, emphasizing total employee involvement through team building and accountability, training and skill development to operate production functions well, and striving for continuous improvement in safety and efficiency to achieve organizational goals to enhance the customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities & Critical Success Measures:Operational ManagementManage manufacturing and non-manufacturing operations to achieve organizational objectives in production, quality, and delivery.Work effectively with cross-functional departments to meet daily targets and ensure successful utility services.Oversee and follow up on shipments until completion, including reconciliation.Compliance & CommunicationDevelop constructive and cooperative relationships with peers, subordinates, and other teams to ensure processes comply with laws, regulations, and standards.Maintain effective communication through reports, emails, and meetings to ensure timely and accurate information sharing for decision-making.Continuous Improvement & Problem-SolvingIdentify and address potential issues, failures, and rejects using root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.Reduce waste in operations and maintain visual controls and standards on the production floor.Financial & Resource ManagementPrepare departmental headcount, structure, and annual budget.Monitor financial performance and operating expenses (e.g., machine rental, overtime, utilities) and implement corrective and preventive actions to stay within budget.Technology & Process ImplementationEnsure adoption of new technologies, processes, and standards (e.g., ResQ, AX system, QMS).Maintain updated systems and ensure awareness across all operations teams.Outsourcing CoordinationManage and monitor all subcontracting activities (e.g., sewing, washing, embroidery).People Management & EngagementLead, guide, and develop employees to enhance performance and achieve departmental goals.Work with HR to handle grievances, improve incentives, and increase employee satisfaction to reduce absenteeism and turnover.Compliance & SafetyEnsure the factory adheres to ISO standards, health and safety requirements, and buyer compliance regulations.Other DutiesPerform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.Knowledge, Skills & Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Garment Manufacturing Technology or a related field.Minimum of 5 years in a similar role/capacity within Garment or Textile Manufacturing.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.Skills:Leadership and people- orientedStrategic planningIn-depth knowledge of garment manufacturing processes (end-to-end)Problem-solving, decision-making, and time managementStrong communication and interpersonal skillsEffective presentation abilitiesBenefit:Salary: Negotiable.Phone allowance 500,000 VND/month.Shuttle bus/Transportation.Housing allowance.Meal allowance.Insurance: Social, Health & Unemployment Insurance based on full salary.
