- Build, update, and manage the product data system (Product Master) and product/SKU lists.
- Monitor business performance and update SKU statuses in the portfolio based on established KPIs.
- Identify overperforming/underperforming products, propose appropriate adjustments; ensure inventory synchronization and replenishment planning.
- Forecast demand for each jewelry category based on sales data, market trends, and seasonal factors.
- Develop product roadmaps including: portfolio structure, pricing strategy, performance KPIs, and product launch timelines.
- Conduct competitor analysis and leverage customer insights to refine planning models.
- Develop category/product group strategies to drive growth and market positioning.
- Track product lifecycle performance to ensure healthy inventory turnover.
- Collaborate with the Product Development team on category-specific innovation initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentation materials on product/category performance for senior leadership.
- Initiate and execute product launch plans at both strategic and operational levels, including:
- Annual product launch plans.
- Product promotion plans.
- New product/collection launch plans.
- Closely coordinate with Marketing and Sales teams to set KPIs for each launch program and implement product plans, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business development.
- Build and update comprehensive product/collection information (FABE and product story).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing; certifications in data analysis or inventory management are an advantage.
- 5–7 years of experience in product planning, preferably in jewelry or fashion retail; experience managing category management and product planning.
- Advanced data analysis skills (Excel, ERP systems, etc.); strong knowledge of demand forecasting and inventory management; strategic thinking and solid financial/commercial acumen.
- Knowledge of jewelry, gemology, and production/crafting processes is an advantage.
- Market trend analysis and forecasting skills.
- Proficient in presentation skills and creating presentation materials.
- Good communication skills in English or Chinese.
- Decisive and results-oriented.
