- Managing and improving HR operational processes, including payroll and compliance.
- Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of employee benefits
- Managing audits and ensuring adherence to local regulations and company policies.
- Coordinating with other departments to align HR operations with business goals.
- Overseeing employee records and maintaining data privacy .
- Providing guidance and help to HR teams in daily operations.
- Implementing HR systems and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives across HR operations.
- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset
- Familiarity with HR systems, reporting tools, and compliance frameworks
- Experience in fast-paced, matrixed environments is preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a COE role & At least 3 years in a strategic HR or operations role
- Strong expertise in HR operations within the large scale business over 1000 headcounts
- Proven ability to manage payroll, compliance, and employee benefits.
- Experience in managing teams and implementing HR systems or tools.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- A professional attitude and the ability to work coordination with cross-functional teams.
