- Own technical discussion to accelerate from uncommit to commit: Conduct envisioning, technology roadmap workshops, custom demos, technical enablement for prospective customers. Include but not limited to overcome technical blocker, provide competitive comparisons, promote education and awareness to Microsoft solutions.
- Build technical strategy: Build technical competency with effective architecture and design solution that supports customer advice. Understand customer needs, requirements and connect their business goals to Microsoft solutions.
- Prove business values with POCs: Drive POC or Pilot of Microsoft solutions with support engineers and various resources in order to build trust and win technical decisions.
- Consumption and Delivery Execution: Lead the delivery of Microsoft solutions
- Problem Escalation Management: Orchestrate with support engineers and various technical resources to help customer resolve problems in timely manner.
- In depth knowledge with Microsoft overall products and solutions especially in Azure Cloud
- 3-5 years+ of Sales and field technical support experience
- Related experience in customer event end to end management is a plus
- With strong post sales leads following up management experience is preferred.
- Good planning skill with strategic thinking
- Self-driven with good communication skill
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Fluent in both Indonesia native language and English
