An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager in a well-established Logistics company based in Ho Chi Minh City. This role offers the chance to oversee all financial reporting and management of the business, with a direct line to the Regional Finance Director based overseas. The successful candidate will manage a small team of accountants, ensuring the smooth running of daily financial operations and long-term strategic planning.What you'll do:

Oversee daily financial accounting operations and supervise month-end closing
Take charge of payment procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Manage all tax matters, including liaising with local authorities
Prepare statutory reports adhering to local regulations and Group IFRS
Work closely with auditors to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
Develop annual budgets and long-term strategies that align with company goals
Monitor expenses and analyse budget discrepancies, providing solutions where necessary
Responsible for finance-related management reports, including KPI performance, sales forecast, cashflow management etc.

What you bring:

Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance is required
At least 7-10 years of work experience in finance and accounting
Experience from Big 4 background is highly preferred
Energetic and professional demeanour is expected
Strong analytical skills are necessary for this role
Excellent communication skills are required, in both Vietnamese and English
