
Senior Personal Banker – Priority Segment

- Manage and grow a portfolio of priority banking clients, ensuring achievement of assigned sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships and provide tailored financial advice based on clients' specific needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions including deposits, loans, insurance, and investments.
- Conduct regular client engagement to maintain high satisfaction and increase client lifetime value.
- Acquire new high-net-worth clients through referrals, networking, and internal channels.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role at commercial banks, preferably in Priority or Affluent Customer segment.
- Strong communication, consulting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional appearance, confident demeanor, and ability to build client rapport effectively.
- Advantage for candidates with insurance and mutual fund certification.
