- Determine space and rates, send schedules/quotations, and handle bookings.
- Monitor and update shipment details and system data accurately.
- Optimize shipping plans to minimize cancellations
- Confirm plans with shippers before closing.
- Provide SI/sales memo information on time.
- Resolve operational issues promptly.
- Manage 20+ staff, oversee all company shipping lanes.
- Review performance, train staff, allocate resources, and coordinate with other departments.
- Bachelor's degree in foreign trade, international economics, maritime transport, or
- Expert in Cargowise, ERP or related platform in Logistics industry.
- Deeply knowledge in TP trade is advantage.
- Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent at problem-solving, communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
