- Managing the end-to-end sales process, including negotiations and contract finalizations.
- Monitoring competitor activities and providing market insights to the leadership team.
- Preparing and presenting regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- 10+ years in non-life insurance, 5+ years in management
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese; Bahasa is a plus
- Experience in digital customer journeys, sales strategy, and business development
- Strong analytical, deal structuring, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
