- Supporting the development of Crimson Global BD Team’s Marketing strategy with a focus on increasing lead generation and conversion.
- Launching and managing thriving student communities across key social media platforms like TikTok and LinkedIn for engagement, growth, and lead generation.
- Creating, editing, and managing high-quality content - text copy, graphic images, videos – in English for Social Media, Website Landing Pages, Email Marketing Campaigns
- Sharing community insights, user-generated content, and feedback with internal teams to help shape product, content, and support decisions.
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution and optimisation of global marketing, digital and growth campaigns.
- Generating event marketing ideas and owning marketing initiatives and automation to drive quality leads.
- Implement effective paid digital advertising strategies to attract qualified prospects with cost-effective strategies across Tiktok & Instagram
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 3+ years work experience in marketing or education consultancy
- Experience in one or multiple areas of social media, marketing, growth, content, or community management, ideally with a Gen Z or student audience (ages 14–19).
- Strong understanding of how to grow and manage a tiktok & LinkedIn business account to drive engagement and generate leads
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills — including video editing and graphic design.
- Demonstrated project management experience.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content marketing, and campaign management.
