- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities within the agency's client base, as well as potential new clients.
- Develop strategies to up-sell additional products or services to existing clients, maximizing revenue opportunities and enhancing client relationships.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospect for new business, effectively communicating the value proposition and closing sales deals.
- Provide support for inbound customer service and sales inquiries, addressing client needs and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Generate weekly sales and pipeline reports, providing insights into sales performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Relevant experience and a proven track record in telemarketing or indoor sales roles, demonstrating success in achieving sales targets.
- Proactive and Tenacious: Must be proactive, tenacious, and self-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
