Managing planning teams across multiple Operation Centers, you'll ensure optimal product availability by aligning supply with demand-delivering the right products at the right time and cost.Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Supply Management: Execute planning processes across Operation Centers to maximize product availability through data-driven decision making and problem-solving
  • Team Leadership: Develop high-performing planning teams through mentorship and creating a collaborative environment that drives results
  • Cross-Functional Excellence: Build strong partnerships across Operations, Manufacturing, and Sales to improve planning processes and service levels
DAILY JOB
  • Make production allocation decisions that balance customer satisfaction with manufacturing constraints at Tier 1 and Tier 2 supplier levels
  • Monitor delivery performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives with Operations Managers and factory leadership
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Markets, sales teams and Business Units and drive customer-centric mentality with T1 and T2 supply partners
  • Address material availability issues to ensure uninterrupted production flow
  • Assess suppliers' capacity reliability, order confirmation accuracy, and planning effectiveness
  • Contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives as a project member or subject matter expert
  • Identify, suggest and execute continuous improvement projects using lean principles and state of the art digital tools
  • Manage stakeholder relationships effectively while maintaining operational excellence
  • Follow adidas' Responsible Sourcing & Purchasing Policy, company standards and legal requirements
  • Model inclusive leadership that supports our commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

  • Global Supply Planning and Order Management

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • 5+ years of experience in supply planning
  • Proven experience leading teams and improving operations
  • Strong analytical ability with data-driven decision-making
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and supply chain management tools
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Python, SQL, DAX would be considered a plus
Requisite Education and Experience
  • Diploma or degree in related areas, or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant business experience
