· Advise on documentation procedures related to tourism in Vietnam and some countries in the Southeast Asia region.· Monitor ongoing services.· Prepare price calculation sheets before tours are conducted.· Track and collect debts on time.· Update and archive customer data.· Understand changing customer needs regarding travel products and prices, coordinate with the Product Department to respond promptly.· Update information on competitors, compile, and report to the responsible person.· Perform daily, weekly, monthly reporting tasks.· Advise the Department Head on developing high-efficiency business strategies and interdepartmental coordination.MAIN REQUIREMENT:· Good health and pleasing appearance, male candidates preferably 1.7m tall; female candidates preferably 1.6m tall.· Proficient in all four skills of the Chinese language (listening, speaking, reading, writing).· Passionate about tourism business and customer advisory work.· Preference for candidates with experience in the tourism business field.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).· Ability to work independently and in a team.· Time management skills, attention to detail, meticulousness.
