- Conducting market analyses, identifying potential of Food/ Agriculture Testing industry to focus, studying to understand status of competitors in Testing service;
- Sourcing and identifying potential clients for testing service, building up detailed database in target industry;
- Approaching key contact of potential client by calling and setting up meeting to introduce and doing sale service;
- Issuing quotation and following up to win contracts, preparing tender in case client required.
- Achieving target assigned by Head of BD Department;
- Keeping always taking care of clients and making survey of clients satisfactory;
- Work effectly with internal teams to quickly support and handle information between departments and clients..
- Other specific tasks assigned by Head of BD Department.
- Update daily report on CRM system
- Marketing task
- Joining with Marketing Executive to organizing workshop, exhibition, commercial event, …
- Co-operating & providing information related to market/clients to Marketing Executive to prepare E-newsletter or upload in website.
- PR task
- Maintaining and developing relationship with existing and new consulting company;
- Developing relationship with Association, NGOs, Government Authorities to support for business.
- At least 1-year experience in Food/ Agriculture Testing or Food Industry.
- Bachelor Degree of chemical engineering, biotechnology or food technology, business administration, economic, or other related major
- Strong sales competent, knowing well and having good network in the Food & Beverage manufacturing, Food & Beverage import - export industry; Agricultural production.
- Have knowledge in Food Testing, Food Safety, Quality Control;
- Problem -solving skills with key/target clients
- Experienced in managing both internal and external relationships, with solid skills in negotiating contracts and collaborating with management-level stakeholders .
- Capable of handling multiple projects and tasks under pressure while ensuring alignment with business goals and deadlines.
- Quick to adapt in fast-paced environments; always open to new ideas and actively contribute to team and company growth
- Good at English
