- Maintain well-organized and up to date records, documents and databases that reflect our BD activities and progress
- Assist in preparing RFIs, costing and presentation for distribution opportunities / renewal
- Maintain well-organized and up to date records, documents and databases that reflect our BD activities and progress
- Develop and maintain costing models to evaluate distribution costs.
- Conduct financial impact assessments for distribution model changes (e.g., shift to 4PL, consolidation).
- Analyze historical delivery and sales data to benchmark costs and identify efficiency opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects related to business model transformation or assigned projects
- Ensure all back-office activities align with company policies and meet relevant regulatory standards.
- 3-5 years of experience in finance, business operations, or supply chain roles, preferably in pharma, or logistics industry.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Power Point
- Solid understanding of distribution models, costing structures
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
