Job Description
Job Responsibilities
  • Develop Business Strategy: Build and implement a detailed business strategy to drive sales growth and create new business opportunities in automation and robotics. Suggest business development activities and operate within the approval limits stipulated in the company policy. • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain close relationships with current and potential customers, identify their needs, and propose suitable automation solutions. Resolve and respond to customer queries/complaints promptly and effectively. • Partner and Distribution Network Development: Establish and maintain a network of strategic partners and distribution systems to enhance market access and serve customers effectively. • Market Research: Monitor and evaluate the automation and robotics market to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitive rivals. • Business Performance Analysis: Monitor key business metrics and generate regular reports on sales performance, revenue, and the progress of the business development strategy. • Collaborate closely with BU, regional teams, and suppliers to support customers and expand the business throughout Vietnam. • Coordinate with the Corporate Department to ensure timely payments from customers. • Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time by the GD (General Director) and CDM (Chief Development Manager).
Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Education: University Degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation ・Language: Japanese - Business Level and English - Conversational Level ・Experience: At least 5 years of experience working in Business Development for electrical equipment/ factory automation or industrial robots industry. ・Others: • Computer literate and presentation skills. • Organized, structured, and good analytical skills. • Customer platforming and setting up an adaptive action plan to gain market share. • Customer account management • Project Management skill
