The program will also equip you with necessary knowledge and skills in corporate world that will support your career success in the future.We welcome you as a full-time contributor and an important part of the team where you will:Have an opportunity to support in the development of ideas, projects and strategies for the company to pursue the vision of changing the way people feel about insurance.Collaborate with team members and stakeholders on how to improve processes and maximize our efficiency.Get an inside view of what we do, why we do, and the people that make FWD a great place to work.We are open opportunities in following functions: Agency, Bancassurance, Independent Financial Advisor & Digital Commerce, Finance, Information Technology & Operations, Human Resources, Marketing, Governance (including Legal, Compliance & Risk Management).Recruitment Process:Application (15/04/2024 - 14/05/2024)HR & Functional InterviewOnboardingJob Requirements:Current 3rd – 4th year students or fresh-graduates from Information Technology or Banking/Economics with computer-related coursework/certificates.Available to work full time from June to August.Minimum cumulative GPA of 7.0/10 or equivalent.Passionate for exploring Life Insurance Industry.Proficient in Microsoft Office with effective slide preparation and presentation skills.Good written (in both Vietnamese and English) and verbal skills to communicate transparently between IT and non-IT departments.Good analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze business need and identify issue.Ability to coordinate in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.Knowledgeable in computer software and skillful in computer system usage.Having knowledge of business modelling, diagramming and UX/UI is a plus.Proactive, willing to learn and grow with can-do attitude, dedication and agile mindset.You may submit your resume in this link so we can find suitable role in the following departments:IT Business AnalysisJob Scope:Be involved in project phases from business requirement to system implementation as business analyst role.Perform system testing for projects of applying new technologies into business process.Document system requirement based on business need; illustrate system visualization (UI) by available tools.Other tasks as assigned by line manager.IT Project ManagementJob Scope:Involve in developing a project management plan.Update project status, risks and issues regularly.Coordinate with vendor, team members, and department users for overall business requirements to ensure appropriate execution timeline.Support project team to prepare data and presentation slide.Other tasks as assigned by line manager.
