With a strong international footprint and continuous investment in innovation, the company is expanding rapidly and offers an exciting environment for high-impact engineering projects.This role will play a critical part in driving manufacturing project execution, supporting production efficiency, and ensuring alignment with long-term business strategy.Role OverviewThe Engineering Projects Director / Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing end-to-end manufacturing and engineering projects-from concept through to completion. This includes managing resources, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication while ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Development & Planning
  • Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate project concepts
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to build project proposals
  • Define technical specifications and manage vendor selection processes
Project Execution & Delivery
  • Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of assigned projects
  • Define scope, allocate resources, and oversee project execution
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
  • Implement and monitor quality control throughout the project lifecycle
Stakeholder Management
  • Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders and leadership
  • Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to optimize project outcomes
  • Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and key issues
Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
  • Track project performance using defined KPIs and metrics
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation plans
  • Conduct post-project reviews and drive continuous improvement
Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure all activities comply with safety, regulatory, and industry standards
  • Adhere to internal policies and compliance requirements
RequirementsEducation
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, or related field
  • PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification is highly preferred
Experience
  • Proven track record managing complex manufacturing or engineering projects (ideally >$1M budget)
  • Experience in fast-paced, multi-project environments
