- Proactively identify and engage new prospects, with a strong focus on developing and expanding key accounts to achieve sales targets
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive profitable business growth across: Exhibitions & Events/ Conferences/ Roadshows/ Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) projects
- Lead and contribute to the creative proposal development process, ensuring tailored and compelling solutions for clients
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to secure, manage, and deliver new business opportunities
- Present the company's full suite of services, build strong networks, and cultivate long-term client relationships
- Take full ownership of the sales cycle, from deal closing to project delivery, ensuring outcomes meet or exceed client expectations
- Manage key accounts throughout the project lifecycle, including client meetings, ongoing communication, and on-site coordination when required
- Partner with management to develop business plans, sales forecasts, and budget strategies
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales within events, activations, or related industries
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and consistently achieving sales targets
- Solid understanding of marketing strategy, production processes, and event execution
- Proactive, results-oriented, and highly self-motivated with a strong commercial mindset
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
