- Prepare, analyze, and validate Bills of Quantity (BoQ) and cost estimates for EPC, BOP, and O&M packages.
- Develop project cost plans, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Monitor market price trends for solar panels, inverters, BESS, and construction materials.
- Participate in tender evaluation, bid analysis, and cost comparison for contractors and suppliers.
- Provide recommendations to ensure cost competitiveness and value for money.
- Track project expenditures against approved budgets and forecasts.
- Verify contractors' work quantities and certify interim payment applications.
- Control cash flow to ensure compliance with project milestones.
- Assess cost implications of design changes, variations, and claims.
- Prepare periodic cost reports, cost-to-complete forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Advise project management team on financial risks and opportunities.
- Work closely with Contract Manager to align cost control with contract terms.
- Ensure all cost management activities comply with local regulations and international standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in contract management for power/energy projects (renewable energy preferred).
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC, EPC, PPP, and Vietnamese legal framework.
- Proven experience in claims/disputes resolution and contractor negotiations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English (legal & technical terms).
- Competitive salary compared to the market and commensurate with ability, will be negotiated when the candidate passes the Interview round.
