About the role:Responsibilities:
  • Aggressively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels. You will own the entire sales process from start to end- this includes generating leads and setting up meetings through cold calling, networking, and social media platforms.
  • Present, pitch Cartrack product solutions to new clients to understand their pain points and illustrate how Cartrack's solution will solve their challenges.
  • Ensure execution of client requests/requirements & respond to their service issues/inquiries
  • Coordinate with internal departments on meeting customers service requirements
  • Utilize internal CRM tools to their full potential for reporting, measuring, and controlling sales inputs and outcomes.
  • Leading team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
  • Prior experience in B2B sales with consultative selling mindset (Vietnam network is preferred)
  • Prior experience of Selling IT Solutions/SaaS/IoT/Logistics Transportation is preferred (but not required - as long as you have B2B Sales experience, it is fine)
  • English fluency is nice to have
  • Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline and pitching product solutions to client
  • Willing to do cold-calling and handling rejection in a constructive manner
  • Have start-up spirit with constructive and adaptable approach
  • Have leadership skills.
  • Office-based position (unless meeting customers)
