KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:As the Head of Finance, you will lead and develop a high-performing finance team. Your responsibilities include:

Financial management: Set goals, provide feedback, foster collaboration, optimize financial performance, and prepare financial reports.
Financial planning and analysis (FP&A): Head the FP&A team in forecasting, budgeting, analyzing data for strategic recommendations.
Accounting: Develop policies, supervise month/year-end close, ensure IFRS compliance, and liaise with auditors.
Financial systems and process improvement: Implement ERP/financial systems, identify process enhancements, manage cash flow, and foreign exchange risks.
Risk management and compliance: Ensure adherence to regulations, establish internal controls, stay updated on accounting standards, and oversee tax compliance.

Your role is crucial in driving financial excellence, strategic decision-making, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Demonstrated experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably as a Head of Finance or similar.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-level financial management.
Strong understanding of IFRS standards, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
Proficiency in ERP and similar financial and accounting systems.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret financial data and offer strategic recommendations.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
Proficient command of English, both written and verbal.
