- Achieve KAM business goals in the assigned territory by:
- Analyze the key account landscape and identify/segment target key accounts. This includes understanding the key accounts in the assigned geography, their stakeholders (HCPs, Health Authority, Pharmacies, Formulary, Purchasing committee...) and the tiering, prioritizing, and clustering process used to select key accounts.
- Develop and manage key account plans, supervise their progress, and take corrective actions to ensure that key account business objectives are met.
- Ensuring tender listing, availability of products, tender performance, RX fill rate, and new growth opportunities.
- Apply CRM system Scout and standard reports to maintain a correct and complete customer database, ensure high quality inputs, and improve account engagement.
- Adhere to all local regulations, industry standards, and company Code of Conduct, including interactions with healthcare professionals, compliance, and Pharmacovigilance.
- Provide regular reports on key account activities and performance, including status updates, insights, and recommendations.
- Assist Market Assess Manager to coach for Key Account Executives to develop excellent account engagement skills aligned to KPI KAM and KAM model by applying hybrid coaching, including planning, creating, conducting, and completing coaching sessions
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Hiring manager / handle other assignments as requested within given timeline.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy
- +2 experience years of solid sales experience from Pharma Industry as Sales Manager or similar role
- Ability to develop and implement plans that achieve results and build rapport with key decision-makers and influence their buying decisions
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, government regulations, and Sandoz products
- Strong influencing skills to engage key partners in clinical environments, e.g., mid and senior level specialty care professionals, key accounts in the medical community
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
