You will lead the production activities with objectives in meeting customer's requirements (design, process, quality improvement) and in maximising the factories profit. This position will also have the responsibility in organisation talent development for the company long term growth.They key Roles and Responsibilities for this role are:

Business Strategy Planning: five-year business plan, annual budget plan, resources planning and allocation, CSR, production lead time reduction, quality initiatives...
Factory operations and manufacturing management: Work and provide guidance to all department heads on risks management, daily operations, CSR, employee engagement
Order Fulfilment: right quality, right time, right cost
Product and Process Engineer/ Innovation
Organisation and Talent Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders: clients, local authorities, and local communities

At least 10 years experience in similar positions in garment manufacturing/ supply chain environment.
P&L management.
