Job Responsibilities
- Directly communicate with Japanese clients via email, chat tool, and meetings to meet requirements. - Analyze requirement & create/review design documents (Basic Design, Detail Design) - Review source code, test case, and test script - Deploy & manage server configuration - Lead small team (estimate, assign task, progress tracking, review output to assure quality, report) - Manage project timeline, report to clients on a regular basis, and manage project performance.Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Education Background: Bachelor's Degree - Language: Japanese - Business Level (JLPT N2 or above) - Experience: + More than 3 years of experience in software development in a BrSE role + Experience in creating design documents (Basic Design/ Detail Design) + Good programming fundamentals, critical and logical thinking skills + Commitment to excellence and self-improvement + Proactive in learning
Preferable Skill / Experience
- Good knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as Vue, Angular, React - Good knowledge and experience with HTML/CSS, JavaScript - AWS configuration - Have management skills - Experience in testing (manual or automatic) - Review code & debug skills
