Senior Fullstack Developer

• Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage in application development, refactoring, and unit and integration testing.
• Participate in technical reviews and analysis, as well as task estimation.
• Contribute to the release preparation process and investigate production issues.
• Receive and execute tasks assigned by Team Leader and Manager.

• Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Engineer's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Full-stack developer after graduation.
• Proficiency in Java and related technologies like JavaScript, Spring Boot, Nodejs, Vuejs, HTML, and CSS.
• Ability to innovate, collaborate, and offer proactive, solution-oriented approaches.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including mentoring junior developers and promoting knowledge sharing.
• Knowledge of Front-End, mobile development, Linux, or Docker is advantageous.
• Familiarity with architecture standards and integration models like Clean Architecture and Micro-services.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, along with project management capabilities.
• Responsible, diligent, hardworking, and able to perform well under pressure.
• Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficiency in working with databases like MySQL, MongoDB, or MS SQL Server.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and positive thinking.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Understanding of DevOps practices and software product lifecycles.
• Ensuring product and code quality through reviews and unit testing.
• Emphasizing coding quality, cleanliness, and unit testing.
• Demonstrating logical thinking and proactive self-study abilities.
• Proficiency in English or Chinese is preferred.
