
HR Compliance Specialist II

- Conduct complex labor compliance activities such as RIF (Reduction in Force), Labor Utilization Plan (LUP), and ILR (Internal Labor Regulations) in close collaboration with intenal stakeholders and relevant authorities.
- Provide consultation and legal interpretation of labor regulations to HR and business units.
- Monitor regulatory changes and proactively update internal policies and procedures accordingly.
- Support internal and external audit processes, including customer audits and RBA/VAP assessments.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders (Global, Regional, and Local) to manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and track audit closure activities.
- Maintain and continuously improve documentation systems, compliance records, and audit readiness frameworks.
- Oversee the end-to-end disciplinary process, ensuring full compliance with labor laws and corporate standards.
- Conduct high-risk investigations into ethics and labor violations, and prepare detailed reports for senior leadership and legal review.
- Deliver training and compliance awareness programs to enhance understanding of labor laws, audit expectations, and ethical conduct.
- Collaborate with the Engagement and L&D Teams to embed compliance into the employee life cycle.
- Analyze HR compliance trends and generate dashboards/reports that support strategic decision-making.
- Track and report on compliance KPIs, including case volumes, audit findings, and policy exceptions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Legal, Compliance, Audit, or Legal Advisory roles, preferably in a multinational manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience handling audit management or customer compliance reviews is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Vietnamese Labor Law and HR regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to consult and provide sound legal interpretations aligned with corporate risk management.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough, unbiased investigations and make evidence-based recommendations.
- Familiarity with CAPA tracking systems and root cause analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication in both Vietnamese and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PowerBI,…), and experience with audit/compliance management tools (e.g. audit log systems).
- High integrity and ethical standards.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities independently.
