- Analyze commercial and operational data to identify patterns, anomalies, or trends that may indicate non-compliance with internal policies or external regulations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor compliance KPIs across business units.
- Support proactive risk identification through data-driven insights and scenario analysis.
- Assist in the development and automation of compliance monitoring tools and reports.
- Provide regular updates and insights to the Commercial Excellence and Compliance teams on emerging risk areas.
- Support internal audits and investigations by providing relevant data extracts and analysis.
- Work closely with Compliance, Legal, Medical, and Commercial teams to understand business processes and ensure data analytics align with compliance objectives.
- Contribute to the enhancement of monitoring frameworks by identifying gaps or inefficiencies through data analysis.
- Support the implementation of new compliance initiatives and digital tools.
- Stay informed on evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices in compliance analytics.
- Recommend improvements to data collection, analysis methodologies, and reporting processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., anti-bribery, promotional practices, HCP engagement) is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel) and visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Analytical and curious mindset with a strong sense of accountability.
- Collaborative and able to work effectively across functions and cultures.
