- Enable the VP Product & Strategy to stay organized and focused on key priorities, ensuring their time and efforts create significant impact
- Support the VP of Product & Strategy by ensuring daily work runs smoothly, schedules are managed well, and projects move forward on time.
- This role requires someone proactive, calm, and detail-oriented, who can coordinate across teams and ensure tasks and projects stay on schedule.
- Manage and optimize the VPs calendar to maximize productivity and impact.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and personal arrangements.
- Anticipate upcoming priorities and ensure proper preparation for each engagement.
- Organize and maintain the VPs calendar: book meetings, avoid conflicts, and ensure punctuality.
- Prepare materials before each meeting and keep things ready for smooth execution.
- Attend meetings with the VP, capture meeting notes, action items, and critical milestones.
- Follow through & keep progress visibile: identify responsible PICs (Person in Charge) for each deliverable and follow through until completion.
- Remind, alert, and update the VP on deadlines and interdependencies across projects to avoid overlaps., and keep progress visible.
- Break down big plans into smaller steps for easier tracking and completion.
- Act as a liaison between the VP and other departments, ensuring clarity and timely communication.
- Draft and organize emails, reports, and documents as needed.
- Keep important files, presentations, and information organized and easy to find.
- Help the VP monitor multiple projects at the same time by updating progress reports.
- Alert the VP about any delays or important decisions needed.
- Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the VP.
- Calm, mature, and reliable under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to follow up consistently until work is done.
- Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Comfortable with basic data handling and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an assistant, coordinator, or admin role.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Work directly with senior leadership and gain hands-on experience in operations.
