- Acquire the required medical and product knowledge in the Baby and Adult therapeutic areas.
- Implement the pre-launch, launch and post-launch medical activities and monitor planning to ensure a successful launch of our new products.
- Educate HCPs, arrange and conduct scientific meetings: CME lectures, workshops, presenting fair and balanced related disease area background, therapeutic options and clinical product data
- Participate in educational and awareness activities (internally and externally): train internal staff and new clinical studies and any related medical knowledge
- Handle and respond to all medical and products related information, inquiries and requests from internal colleagues as well as external HCPs, patients and customers with fair, balanced and referenced answers
- Provide proposals/ideas on promotional materials with Brand Product Managers
- Prepare report and tracking activities: the MSL submits timely reports of field and event and tracking activities against agreed objectives
- Develop a complete understanding of national experts in the pediatric and adult areas and other related areas and the healthcare environment in which they work
- Contribute to strengthening KOL engagement plan and strategy in order to fine-tune and always improve our Medical Affairs plan by taking in account-specific KOL needs and expectations
- Monitor the competitive landscape and feedback to internal stakeholders
- Serve as a trusted partner in front of HCPs and other stakeholders
- Regular coverage of KOLs/HCPs to administer/recruitment of patients/patients experience program
- By providing medical and scientific communication, the MSL should ensure that the HCPs follow a recommendation to patients
- Drive the program that would ease compliance with treatment
- Educated to degree level in Medicine, Doctor, pharmacy or other relevant life science.
- Understanding of nutritional principles and their practical application
- Ability to translate nutritional and scientific information to different audiences
- KOLs & Stakeholder Management
- Competent project management and organisational skills
- Team player, Results driven, Commercially aware
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
- Strong scientific and/or nutritional knowledge.
- Experience in clinical research and audit
