- Fiscal Stewardship: Take full accountability for the unit's P&L, from rigorous budget planning to driving sustainable revenue growth and operational efficiency.

- Portfolio Expansion: Orchestrate the design and launch of diverse financial instruments, including next-gen payment gateways, SME lending, and embedded credit solutions.
- GTM Excellence: Partner with Product and Marketing teams to define pricing models and build aggressive Go-To-Market engines that convert ecosystem users into financial service advocates.
- Compliance First: Ensure all product architectures strictly adhere to the evolving Vietnamese regulatory landscape.
- Strategic Alliances: Act as the primary diplomat to Vietnam's banking sector, building deep-rooted partnerships with Tier-1 banks and licensed credit institutions.
- Capital Velocity: Negotiate and govern complex agreements to expand credit capacity, optimize capital management, and refine credit-scoring collaborations.
- Influence: Navigate and influence senior decision-makers within our partner network to co-create seamless customer experiences.
- Intelligence-Led Credit: Collaborate with the Data Science team to refine proprietary credit-scoring models, leveraging our massive internal data set to expand lending reach while maintaining low NPL (Non-Performing Loan) ratios.
- Predictive Operations: Use data analytics to forecast market demand, optimize the portfolio, and proactively mitigate operational risks.
- Banking Pedigree: At least 5 years of senior management experience within a licensed bank or credit institution in Vietnam.
- Network Power: A robust, "active" network of relationships across the Vietnamese banking and financial services industry.
- Domain Mastery: Deep technical knowledge of lending workflows, credit governance, and payment settlement processes.
- Leadership Gravity: Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing complex, cross-functional projects.
- FinTech Fluency: A strong grasp of how technology is disrupting traditional banking; experience in a fast-paced tech firm is a significant advantage.
- Analytical Sophistication: Ability to translate complex data sets into actionable business strategies.
- Diplomacy: Exceptional negotiation skills with a "win-win" partnership philosophy.
