  • Strategic Leadership & Campaign Management
  • Lead the development and execution of digital engagement strategies to increase customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Plan and manage targeted, personalized engagement campaigns across in-app notifications, emails, and other digital channels.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure alignment with business KPIs and customer needs.
  • Customer Experience & Optimization
  • Collaborate with UX/UI and product teams to continuously improve in-app experiences.
  • Drive innovation in digital customer journeys, testing new approaches to boost engagement.
  • Utilize customer behaviour data and analytics to optimize app features and engagement efforts.
  • Data-Driven Insights
  • Leverage analytics data to identify key trends, gaps, and opportunities in digital engagement.
  • Develop performance reports to track success metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Communication & Digital Adoption
  • Provide strong support in customer communication efforts to improve digital awareness and education.
  • Drive TMRW app enablement and active usage rate through timely, relevant, and engaging communications.
  • Partner with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer service) to ensure cohesive and effective messaging across channels.
  • Team Collaboration & Leadership
  • Work cross-functionally to align engagement strategies with broader digital banking objectives.
  • Stay informed of digital trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to enhance strategy and execution.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, customer engagement, or digital
banking. * Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to use analytics and insights to drive engagement outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience in driving digital product adoption.
