- Lead the assigned partners to achieve their business targets of selling Siemens Industry Software on a broad portfolio of PLM/MOM solutions by:
- Create the strong business plan together with the assigned partners.
- Work closely with the partners to execute the activities as their plan.
- Proactively recruits new qualifying partners.
- Support the Partner to meet compliance and quality standards required by Siemens.
- Minimum 6 years of channel sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment with a proven track record of success, existing partner relationships
- Software company background is preferred.
- Must have a Manufacturing domain experience.
- Excellent communication in English
- Fluent in speaking Chinese would be an advantage.
