Personal Assistant– Assist the CEO in coordinating work with external parties, connecting activities with departments/individuals to ensure maintenance of daily activities, timely handling of work of departments/departments;– Notify the CEO of any arising tasks for advice and direction;– Communicate the CEO's opinions/directions to relevant individuals and departments. Monitor and inspect the work of relevant departments according to communicated content. Report department progress to the Managing Director;– Receive and manage emails, documents, and invitations on behalf of the CEO;– As needed, get ready documents, and meeting rooms, and gather required information for reports;– As Secretary, participate in relevant meetings, capture and synthesize necessary information, and prepare meeting minutes;– Remind the CEO of their schedule, including work plans, meetings, and business trips;– Engage in activities related to foreign affairs;– Other arising tasks such as drafting authorization letters, notices, policy documents, etc. according to the direction of the CEO;– Some other jobs: Will be discussed specifically in the interview;II. Requirements:– Female aged 30-38;– At least 4-5 years of experience as an assistant director or similar position is required;– Fluency in English– Proficient in MS Office and data management software;– Excellent communication and public presentation skills;– Excellent organizational and leadership skills;– Have the ability to solve problems;
