- Advise the Chief Executive Officer on the development and execution of strategic plans to achieve the organization’s overall objectives.
- Conduct research and prepare analytical reports to support strategic decision-making and business development initiatives.
- Directly manage and oversee assigned projects to ensure progress, quality, and optimal use of resources in line with approved plans.
- Anticipate potential risks during project implementation and propose appropriate mitigation measures.
- Act as a key liaison between the Chief Executive Officer and subsidiaries, departments, ensuring timely and effective communication of decisions, information, and initiatives.
- Support the Chief Executive Officer or directly represent the CEO in meetings with partners, suppliers, and government authorities.
- Identify, build, and strengthen strategic partnerships to expand business opportunities and growth potential.
- Manage the Chief Executive Officer’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring efficiency and effective coordination.
- Prepare and manage presentations, meeting agendas, reports, and post-meeting action plans.
- Closely monitor operations to ensure full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies of the organization.
- Proactively identify operational, procedural, and legal risks or bottlenecks, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer to ensure smooth and effective operations of the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, International Relations, or related fields.
- Graduates from top-tier universities (e.g. Foreign Trade University, Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam, National Economics University) are preferred.
- At least 02 years of experience as a Senior Executive Assistant (to CEO/Chairman) or expert in Business Development, Project Management, or similar roles.
- Strong interest and solid understanding of Marketing, Communications, Entertainment, and Music is preferred.
- Strong planning, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Project coordination and project management capability.
- Analytical thinking, data handling, and report writing skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive problem-solving with flexibility and efficiency.
- Professional-level English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Good business acumen with strong awareness of market context.
- Systematic and logical thinking.
- Proactive, reliable, highly confidential, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
