The role requires strong leadership, financial accountability, and the ability to produce results in a competitive real estate market.Main ObjectivesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with developers to secure real estate project supplyLead, expand, and manage a growing sales team and partner networkEnhance the company's market positioning through effective brand and marketing strategiesTake ownership of revenue performance and ensure sustainable business growthResponsibilitiesCommercial & Developer RelationsEstablish, expand, and manage partnerships with real estate developersNegotiate sales policies, pricing, and incentive structures with partnersRepresent the company in key external meetings and industry engagementsSales LeadershipDesign and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual sales strategiesSet and track KPIs across teams and individuals, ensuring accountability and performanceLead the scaling of the sales team while maintaining high standards of executionManage affiliate brokers and third-party agencies as part of the sales ecosystemConsolidate sales data and provide reporting to the leadership teamMarketing & Brand DevelopmentBuild and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goalsStrengthen both corporate and project-level brand visibilityOversee digital, PR, and offline campaigns, as well as events and client engagement initiativesEnsure consistency in messaging and brand representation across all channelsAnticipate and manage potential media-related challengesCandidate ProfileEducation & QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fieldsProfessional Experience5-7 years of experience in real estate sales or marketing, including at least 2-3 years in a senior management roleProven ability to build and sustain relationships with developersExperience leading and scaling sales organizationsFamiliarity with both B2B (developer partnerships) and B2C (end-buyer sales) modelsTechnical & Business SkillsStrong understanding of the real estate sales cycle and buyer behaviorsFinancial acumen with the ability to manage revenue targets and budgetsBehavioral CompetenciesStrong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and scale teamsExcellent communication and negotiation skills with senior stakeholdersStrategic yet hands-on, able to drive execution as well as directionResilient, adaptable, and results-oriented
