Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist (HN)

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, hiring for various seniority levels and business lines.
• Proven success in direct search, strategic talent pool building, and sourcing for difficult-to-fill roles, with a focus on diversity.
• Experience collaborating with department/functional leaders and Talent teams, upskilling interviewers on hiring best practices.
• Ability to utilize data to influence business leaders, drive talent-related decisions, and guide recruiting goals and projections.
• Forward-thinking, agile, and comfortable with ambiguity, with a passion for building better organizations.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, delivering exceptional candidate experiences from sourcing to onboarding. Anticipate talent needs and proactively build talent pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Business Partners to prioritize roles, design effective assessments, and cultivate a diverse workforce. Provide training to upskill hiring teams.
• Continuously improve TA programs and processes. Driving improvement and consistency.
• Leverage the TA tech stack to optimize the recruiting process. Utilize data-driven insights to advise on refinements and hiring strategies.
