- Proven success in direct search, strategic talent pool building, and sourcing for difficult-to-fill roles, with a focus on diversity.
- Experience collaborating with department/functional leaders and Talent teams, upskilling interviewers on hiring best practices.
- Ability to utilize data to influence business leaders, drive talent-related decisions, and guide recruiting goals and projections.
- Forward-thinking, agile, and comfortable with ambiguity, with a passion for building better organizations.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, delivering exceptional candidate experiences from sourcing to onboarding. Anticipate talent needs and proactively build talent pipelines.
- Partner with hiring managers and Talent Business Partners to prioritize roles, design effective assessments, and cultivate a diverse workforce. Provide training to upskill hiring teams.
- Continuously improve TA programs and processes. Driving improvement and consistency.
- Leverage the TA tech stack to optimize the recruiting process. Utilize data-driven insights to advise on refinements and hiring strategies.
- Shape brand's future by deepening your business acumen, identifying D&I opportunities and adapt to unplanned hiring needs.
