- Conduct Code of Conduct (CoC) audits across Vietnam and other South/East Asian countries such as India, Cambodia, and Indonesia.
- Support the Purchasing team by performing CSR preliminary assessments for potential new suppliers.
- Prepare and submit audit reports promptly.
- Collaborate with suppliers to develop Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) post-audit, offering guidance and support.
- Monitor the implementation of CAPs and address root causes of non-compliance.
- Enhance supplier engagement to drive continuous improvement.
- Launch and manage CSR and Sustainability Programs tailored for suppliers.
- Design and evaluate customized corrective measures using tools and templates to improve supplier conditions.
- Provide coaching and training to suppliers to help them maintain long-term CoC compliance.
- Assist in delivering internal and external CoC training sessions.
- Conduct ad hoc site visits and special projects as needed.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Social Sciences or Accounting.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience conducting CoC audits for factories producing a variety of merchandise in Vietnam.
- Strong understanding of supplier operations, CoC frameworks, and production processes.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing CSR programs that support long-term compliance.
- Skilled in coaching suppliers to address and resolve critical CoC issues.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
- SA8000 Lead Auditor certification and experience with overseas audits are strong advantages.
- In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese labor, health & safety, and environmental laws, as well as international CSR standards such as EICC and SA8000, and statutory requirements in other South/East Asian countries.
